Where we ship from
Our balm is produced and shipped by our manufacturing partner in China. We're a small operation and we don't hold inventory in the United States — being upfront about that matters more to us than looking bigger than we are.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Standard shipping to the United States takes 5–14 business days after processing.
So from the moment you order, expect your balm in roughly 1 to 2 weeks. It's not overnight delivery — that's the honest trade-off for the price.
Shipping cost

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped to the United States under current de minimis thresholds typically clear without additional charges. If any duties or taxes do apply, they're the responsibility of the recipient.
If your order is late or doesn't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived 35 days after shipping, email us at support@silvertallow.com and we'll refund you in full — no return needed, no argument.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it's shipped, and we can't refund orders lost because of an incorrect address.
